Who we are

Torque Auto Lab, LLC is a mobile auto repair business based in Cypress, California, serving Orange County and Southeast LA County. You can reach us at 714-699-4854. Our Bureau of Automotive Repair registration is ARD #317360.

This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our request form. That is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you give one
  • Your vehicle's year, make and model
  • Your location or ZIP code, if you give one
  • What you need, and anything you write in the message box

We do not ask for or accept payment details through this website. We do not have accounts or logins. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your request, work out what the job involves, quote it, and schedule a time. We may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

A few services handle your information because they run parts of this site:

  • Netlify hosts this website and processes our form submissions. Your form entries are stored in our Netlify account.
  • Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where we need to in order to do the work you asked for (for example, coordinating an alignment with our partner shop) or where the law requires it.

reCAPTCHA

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. It also sets cookies in your browser for this purpose.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own. The only cookies placed while you use this site come from Google reCAPTCHA, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the form may stop working if reCAPTCHA is blocked.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests for as long as we need them to do the work and keep proper business records, including the repair and estimate records California requires us to retain. If you'd like your request deleted sooner, ask us and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your rights in California

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we've collected about you and how we've used it
  • Get a copy of that information
  • Ask us to correct it if it's wrong
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
